• Manage deal execution after commercial terms are agreed, working directly with the investment team and external law firms to get deals over the finish line

• Support in conducting legal DD, understanding term sheets, building cap tables, and onboard new companies from a finance perspective to set the basis for efficient portfolio management

• Contribute to portfolio management and point us to start-ups where you think we should do follow-on investments from an analytical perspective by analyzing start-up reportings

• Take responsibility for the fund model, including relevant analyses on fund level as a basis for strategic decisions

• Create new and innovative digital solutions that help us in trying “new ideas and approaches” as a VC fund

• Support in further developing the backbone and investment infrastructure of 10x Founders, including all finance- and portfolio-management-related matters

• Cultivating your point of view and helping to shape the future of 10x Founders

• Excellent university degree, ideally with a finance (B.Sc./M.Sc. or similar) and/or legal focus (LL.B./LL.M./First State Exam or similar) that demonstrates quantitative performance as well as qualitative capabilities

• You should have a few (2-3+) years of relevant transaction-related work experience in start-ups, consulting, law firms, or in the finance or asset management-related industry - ideally even in the venture or start-up ecosystem

• Ability to structure your thinking, strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak to entrepreneurs and VC partners eye-to-eye

• Start-up mindset: when working with startup founders, it's important to be able to work at pace and scale, with an agile and positive way of thinking

• Passionate about working with early-stage entrepreneurs and companies and ready to shape the finance function of a fast growing VC fund
